Introduction

 Hey peeps!

How are you doing? 

Finally, I got the time to fulfil one of my wishes from my bucket list. It was my years-old wish to write blogs and express myself to you- my readers! And as the summer vacation arrives, it is just the right time for this.

I wanted to start this whole blogging thing by introducing myself. So.......Helleu! My name is Shinjoni Mukherjee, and I am a design student. Umm... I like doing everything, literally everything, and that's why I am not good at anything, haha (smiling through pain). No, but seriously, if you ask me about my hobbies, I will either say I have many or I have none. I can basically tag along with you anywhere unless it doesn't need much or any socialising. Yes, I am a 99.9% introvert, and therefore, I evidently chose blogging over any outdoor activity this summer.

So I basically started this account for chilling purposes. As a place to come and open up my mind from the hectic schedule during college and my so-called unhectic schedule during this summer vacation. Ughh! Even the word "hectic" gives me flashbacks of the stressful assignment submission days.

What to expect from this blogging site? Well, even I don't know (hehe). It is just something I am doing to explore my interests in different things and share them with you. Don't expect consistency, but I promise I will keep posting something which piques my interest as and when.

Well, I think this much is pretty okay for a blog introduction, right?! Hehe.

 Heyy peeps! How are you doing?  So I finally got the time to write about my first-ever home furnishing collection. When we got this project, I was super excited to make something worthy, something useful, and I guess I did. To be honest, the whole process was not only a joy ride but there were a lot of ups and downs; starting from changing the colour board to fixing the mood board to planning the surface exploration techniques to buying the 'right' fabrics (no kidding, I had to buy the fabrics at least 4-5 times till I finally found the right one). Hey folks!  How are you doing? Finally got the time to write. It was a long semester and a much longer exam week, but eventually, it's all over. And as 2023 is coming to an end, I decided to make my 2024 a little bit more productive hehe.  So here are 5 things I would love to try out in 2024. Whenever I used to see my grandmother and mother or anyone else knitting, I used to think how boring it could be to sit in one position and keep intertwining two needles in complete silence for hours. But somehow, getting to know how to stitch and embroider (which I was not really into before), really made me curious about knitting.
